Visited here a couple of times for a used vehicle and the level of service was truly exceptional. My advisor the first time was John B and John’s knowledge and level of expertise made it an easy decision to make sure I met with him for my 2nd appointment as well. Everything regarding the vehicle (and its issues) was clearly explained to me and I felt I knew all my options before making any decision on repairs. I would highly recommend any Honda owner to visit Martin for any maintenance/repairs.
I received a coupon in the mail for a good price on an oil change from Martin Honda. Never one to pass up a good deal , I scheduled it and everything went well from check in to waiting room to checkout in about an hour as promised.
As I was waiting for my car to come around to the door , the cashier came out and said she accidentally overcharged me on the coupon and could I come back in and resolve it. I really appreciated her recognizing that and resolving it.

Roxana was super helpful and informative.
I previously wrote a review after I took my car in for service and it had the same problem the next day. This is a follow up. I brought the car in again and they detected a problem they had not previously seen. Because it was a holiday weekend, they gave me a loaner car then fixed the problem at no cost. So it was nice that they followed up and gave great service.
I had a great experience here today and a big thank you to my service advisor Josh H for being incredibly kind and explaining everything thoroughly to me!

Mark was GREAT, AMAZING, PATIENT, everything I needed. just had service done on my 2010 Honda. the process was smooth as silk from start to finish. they provided a shuttle service for me back to north Wilmington within 10 minutes of setting up the repair on my vehicle. these folks are a class act and the best part of the whole gig was..... free coffee

Martin Honda service advisor went the extra mile to assure I was satisfied with the repair to our Honda. He took time to explain and show me a video of the problem explained the repair process and had the repair completed the next day when the parts arrived at the service center.
Great communication about my repair. Millie, my service rep was TERRFIC! She recognized me from prior visits and accelerated the recall repair to enable the rapid turnaround I needed.
Shortly into a 500 mile home drive our new Honda suddenly started having electrical issues with warnings all over the screens. Being seniors and having years of experience interacting with personnel selling cars at dealerships, we have developed some basic expectations. The salesperson should be genuine in their approach (when they say, "welcome" do they really mean it?) Informative, available to respond to our questions but not overbearing and allow us at our pace to quietly assess the car absent their hovering over us. Straight forward in reviewing the final pricing.
Dealership was clean and very friendly. I was greeted by Michael Libetti, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As well as Tammy for helping with Insurance and than the very nice lady at finance.
Went in for express oil service. All contacts were personable and professional from person taking car information to service advisor to checkout. Service Advisor, Josh, was excellent. He is definitely an asset to the service team. He took time to explain service appointment, additional services that may be needed, and time frame for completion. The text messages to update were much appreciated. This was a very positive experience!

I went to Martin Honda for service. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I was taken right in for my service. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle the whole time. We came in from Atlanta Ga and just stopped by to view a Honda CRV and we met Manuel Mateo. Our experience was wonderful with him. He represented the Honda dealership wonderfully. He explained everything- the various CRVs, answered each question we had and really made my husband and me feel right at home. I told his manager that I wish he was in Atlanta because he would have our business! We are letting our east coast family know to come support him when it’s time for a car because he really made it worth our while.
