I went to Martin Honda for service. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I was taken right in for my service. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle the whole time. During my visit I received a text messages with a video of the service and what they found and then shortly after the service worker, Joshua, came right out to discuss further with me what needed to be repaired. We came in from Atlanta Ga and just stopped by to view a Honda CRV and we met Manuel Mateo. Our experience was wonderful with him. He represented the Honda dealership wonderfully. He explained everything- the various CRVs, answered each question we had and really made my husband and me feel right at home. I told his manager that I wish he was in Atlanta because he would have our business! We are letting our east coast family know to come support him when it’s time for a car because he really made it worth our while.
Donna Griffith and the rest of her sales team were the best (from manager/financing/ helping switch over with insurance/ car detailing) . While I have never enjoyed the car-buying process, the folks at this dealership were generally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Last-minute "offers" of vehicle extended warranties, regardless of "discounted" price, at the document signing were not appreciated, and, in my opinion, are intentionally done at that time when the customer's patience is likely waning and their desire to get behind the wheel is at its peak.

I recently took my CRV to Martin Honda for brake, transmission and differential fluid changes. Service was completed when they predicted it would be(two hours). As always the technicians there do a first rate job. My 2011 and 2016 CRV are always serviced there and both still run like new cars. I am always treated as one of the most important there - a customer. Every employee treats the customers with respect, and as a senior citizen they treat me with it seems like extra care. Hussain is great to work with. Excellent service and on top of it got 10% discount. P0087 issue was resolved on Honda CRV. If you encounter the same issue then i would definitely recommend this place.
I drove in to the Express Service for oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was Great! From the young man that checked in my CRV, Service manger, and Front line young lady that took my payment! I did not wait long though I did twist and received a shuttle ride over to the dealership to look for my Next Honda!!! During my absence - the service started in text contact to keep me up to date in my vehicle status!! Great Service!!
